The runner-up coffee beans in the JACRC2026 (Japan AeroPress Championship Roast Competition).

This single origin coffee is sourced from a farm run by three brothers: the eldest William, the second son Renato, and the third son Santos. William's journey into coffee began at sixteen, when he received a one-hectare plot of land from his father in the mountains of Chalatenango.

There, he planted Pacas and Bourbon varieties gifted to him by neighbours. With no road access to the farm, all coffee processing is done on-site after harvest. Despite the challenging conditions, including transporting dried beans by horse to the warehouse, the family continues to produce specialty coffee with remarkable dedication. 

Enjoy refreshing green apple notes, followed by juicy mikan flavors that emerge as the coffee cools, and a gentle brown sugar-like sweetness in the finish.
